INGREDIENTS

Milk : 3 Cups
Agar agar (China grass) : ½ tablespoon
Nannari Sharbat syrup : 3 tablespoons
Tutti frutti : 1 tablespoon Ice cream : 2 scoops

Method of Preparation:

  1. Boil milk and condense it to 1 & 1/2 cups that is boiling until the volume is condensed to half. Cool down and keep refrigerated until use.
  2. Next step is heat water until its warm and add china grass to it, melt it completely. Mix well and cool down, keep in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Otherwise, you can prepare jelly as per the package instructions.
  3. Finally, at the time of serving, bring out the set jelly and in the serving glasses, add 2 tablespoons of the jelly, then you have to add Nannari syrup in glass, followed by the chilled thick milk. Then put, scoop ice cream to on top. If you prefer Tutti Frutti you can add.
  4. You can utilize any colour of china grass, but white is most preferable. Instead of using Agar agar, you can use badam Pisin. It will depend on your preference and eating habits.
